As a result of the skilling and mentoring, participants develop a growth mindset. They believe in their ability to learn and grow, leading to increased self- confidence and motivation.
With a growth mindset, participants are better prepared for the job market. They secure sustainable employment, which provides them with financial stability and independence.
The increased number of empowered and employed girls and young women contributes to the overall economic growth of the community.
